Anti-Coli O 139:K 82 monospecific
Anti-Coli O 139:K 82
is a monospecific test reagent for the serological detection and serovar determination of
E.coli
strains from isolates from pigs. First carry out a screening agglutination with the
polyspecific test serum Anti-Coli P
. If the reaction with the polyspecific test serum is positive, the isolate must then be typed with the monospecific test sera.
Method:
Slide agglutination and Widal reaction. If the isolated strain has
E.coli
antigen, within the range of the testing reagent, antigen-antibody reaction results in a visible agglutination. A negative result is reported in the absence of agglutination.
Range:
Е.coli O 139:K 82
Composition:
A mixture of monoclonal antibodies derived from the supernatant of the culture medium of hybridoma cell lines secreting antibodies against the group specific
E.coli
antigen.
Preservative:
Sodium Azide (NaN3) 0.9mg/ml
Form of the reagent:
Liquid
Storage:
2-8⁰C
Anti-Coli O 139:K 82
is relevant to veterinary medicine in
E.coli
diagnostics in young pigs.
