Mouse CALP ELISA Kit
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for CALP has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any CALP present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for CALP is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of CALP bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. Species : Mouse Storage: For 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃. Samples: Serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates,Cell culture supernates,Other biological fluids. Gene: CALP Uniprot AC: Intended Use: Mouse CALP ELISA Kitallows for the in vitro quantitative determination of CALP , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
